Responsibilities and Duties:
Configure, support and deploy VoIP services to our clients.
Collaborate with the team to proactively monitor and troubleshoot managed servers, networks, and workstations.
Assist in managing the ticketing queue and documenting support requests.
Provide high-quality and professional remote and on-site technical support.
Set up and deploy various IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, firewalls, servers, switches, etc.
Work cohesively with the team to ensure high levels of service to SandStorm IT clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3
years of IT support experience, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
An inquisitive mindset with a thirst for continual learning, understanding, and growth.
Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft 365 Certified:
Modern Desktop Administrator Associate CompTIA Network
Technical
Experience:
VoIP:
Understanding of SIP/PJSIP/RTP/Asterisk/FreePBX/PBXact is prefered but not required Proficiency in vLAN, DHCP, DNS, subnetting, routing Experience with Unifi, HP, SonicWALL Knowledge of Registrar/DNS/CNAME/A/SPF records Familiarity with VMware vSphere and vCenter basic operations Knowledge of RAID concepts, iDRAQ, IPMI, etc.
Proficiency in end user level support for OneDrive, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, Office365, and Azure AD Proficiency in end user level support for Windows 10, Windows 11 Experience troubleshooting switches, firewalls, and wireless access points We Offer:
